Discovery Waters is a private Montessori Children's House, preschool and kindergarten, which is currently accepting applications for children ages 2 1/2 through 4.
Discovery Waters offers a full Montessori Curriculum with a multi-age classroom in which children can benefit from watching their peers. Your child will receive individual and small group lessons with Montessori materials to progress at their own pace. It is a child-centered learning environment in which the child's interest will be satisfied with the specific, specialized multi-sensory materials.
Children have the freedom to choose the Montessori materials they want to work with, within their own limits. The materials will challenge and encourage the children's learning. A three hour morning work period, referred to as a Great Period, allows the time the child will need to repeat and master each concept.
